Digitalizing a modern e-commerce business is more than putting a website online. It relies on a robust, scalable ERP foundation that is fully integrated with business operations.

This is the approach BIZUP took with Electra.tn, a new Tunisian e-commerce business specialized in modern home appliances, for the implementation and go-live of Odoo 19. The solution is officially in production, with a hypercare setup that guarantees performance, stability and scalability.

The project’s challenges

From the start, several strategic challenges were identified:

  • run a multi-stock e-commerce business (warehouses and physical stores)
  • synchronize stock, orders and deliveries in real time
  • centrally manage online and offline sales
  • set up advanced marketing tracking to steer digital performance
  • guarantee system stability after go-live

These challenges called for an integrated, scalable and fully controlled solution: Odoo 19.

The Odoo 19 solution deployed by BIZUP

BIZUP deployed a customized Odoo 19 solution built around three areas.

1. Multi-stock e-commerce and point-of-sale management

  • advanced inventory management by warehouse and store
  • real-time product availability on the e-commerce website
  • automatic synchronization between online sales and physical points of sale

2. An end-to-end integrated sales chain

  • customer orders centralized in Odoo
  • home delivery tracking
  • unified invoicing and reporting

3. Advanced marketing tracking: Meta Pixel and Conversions API

To improve visibility and marketing performance, we integrated the Facebook Pixel directly into Odoo, along with the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) for reliable server-to-server tracking. This lets Electra.tn:

  • accurately track key events (Add to Cart, Checkout, Purchase)
  • improve the quality of the data sent back to Meta
  • optimize its advertising campaigns and marketing ROI

Post-project hypercare: a key success factor

At BIZUP, a project’s success does not stop at go-live. For Electra.tn we set up an hypercare phase to secure the production launch. It includes:

  • active monitoring of system performance
  • fast functional adjustments based on real usage
  • priority support for the Electra teams
  • help with operational onboarding
  • continuous optimization of e-commerce and logistics flows

A collaboration built on trust

This project is the result of close collaboration between the BIZUP and Electra.tn teams. We congratulate the BIZUP team for its commitment, rigor and Odoo expertise, and the Electra.tn team for its trust, availability and cooperation throughout the project. This synergy made it possible to deliver a high-performing, stable solution aligned with Electra’s growth ambitions.

Conclusion: Odoo 19 as a lever for lasting growth

With Odoo 19, Electra.tn has a unified ERP able to support its e-commerce growth, optimize its operations and steer its digital performance in real time. At BIZUP, we support our clients well beyond implementation: consulting, integration, hypercare and continuous evolution. Find the full project sheet in our references.

Frequently asked questions

Can Odoo manage e-commerce and store inventory together?

Yes. For Electra.tn, stock is managed by warehouse and by store, product availability is shown in real time on the website, and online and in-store sales are synchronized automatically.

What is the difference between the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API?

The Pixel is embedded in the website, while the Conversions API (CAPI) provides more reliable server-to-server tracking. Together they let you accurately track Add to Cart, Checkout and Purchase and improve the quality of the data sent to Meta.

What is hypercare?

It is a phase of reinforced support after go-live: performance monitoring, fast adjustments, priority support, help with onboarding and continuous optimization of flows.
